The 25th edition of MRO Asia-Pacific, held from 16 to 18 September 2025 at Singapore Expo, was grander than ever, drawing a record over 7,000 registered attendees – surpassing the expected 6,000. The event opened with a two-day conference featuring timely topics, expert speakers, and strategic insights. The trade exhibition kicked off on Wednesday where industry professionals thronged the two-and-a-half halls to connect, demonstrate their latest offerings, technologies and innovations, and explore possibilities for collaboration.

The Singapore Pavilion, coordinated by the Association of Aerospace (Singapore), AAIS, had its largest showing to date, featuring 34 Singapore-based enterprises, a significant increase from the 22 companies in the last edition. The pavilion showcased a sampling of nose-to-tail aerospace MRO and manufacturing capabilities as well as aftermarket services alongside digital technologies, new materials and techniques, and innovative solutions.

At the show, Singapore Pavilion exhibitors marked the occasion with several announcements:

  • ATEQ signed a global distribution partnership with Pilot John International, expanding global access to ATEQ’s aviation products, including air data test sets, battery testers, and accessories.

  • Chemtron and RISE Aerospace signed an agreement on additive manufacturing solutions for cabin interior MRO, combining expertise in certification, materials, and process development.

  • Hypercoat Enterprises formalised its partnership with GMI Aero and GMR Aero Technic India to establish the first composites training programme in India at the GMR School of Aviation.

AAIS was pleased to facilitate the showcase of Singapore’s aerospace ecosystem at this important gathering, supporting our members and helping to plug international companies into opportunities through the International AAIS Network. We look forward to extending this spirit of mutual support across the year through various initiatives.

The Singapore pavilion’s dynamic atmosphere contributed to a strong showing for exhibitors, with many already committed to returning for the next edition of MRO APAC in 2026 – which is expected to expand to three halls.
