Warburg Pincus Acquires Aircraft Parts Distributor and MRO Service Provider, Topcast

Warburg Pincus, pioneer of global growth investing, announced the acquisition of Topcast Aviation Supplies Company Limited (“Topcast”), the largest independent distributor of civil aviation parts and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) service provider in Asia Pacific, on 26 November 2025.

Topcast, founded in 1991 and based in Hong Kong, provides integrated solutions for the civil aviation industry, including aircraft parts distribution, OEM services, and repair and maintenance support. With strong market leadership in Greater China, Topcast operates across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and Americas, connecting global manufacturers with fast-growing markets in the region.

Warburg Pincus, a leading private equity investor in global aviation, has investments in various aviation and aerospace companies including Accelya, Aquila Air Capital, TransDigm, Triumph and Wencor. With over 30 years of local investment experience, it has invested around US$34 billion in over 270 companies in the Asia Pacific region.
