1. Precision machining of metal parts for different industries, eg, Contract Manufacturer, MNC, Semicon and Medical. CNC machining utilised state of the art CNC machine which caters for sophisticated part. GD has a combination of 3 Axis, 4 Axis and 5 Axis CNC milling machines.
2. Sheet Metal fabrication is the creation of metal structures by cutting, bending, welding, forming, machining and assembling processes. It is a process involving the creation of machines, parts, and structures from various types of metal such as copper, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, alloy steel, hardened steel etc.
Our sheet metal engineering team works very closely with customers in order to achieve product quality satisfaction. The common end products include loose parts, structural frames for buildings and heavy equipment, and stairs and hand railings.
