Established in 1985 as Vacuum Brazing Consultants, VBC Group is based in the heart of the UK’s aerospace industry and carries ISO 9001: 2015/ AS:9100 accreditation. VBC Group specialises in the supply of premium quality welding wires, vacuum grade brazing alloys and associated products and has the knowledge, experience and expertise to deliver detailed technical support for the products it supplies which includes consultancy and training packages tailored to the exclusive requirements of the customer.
VBC Group established VBC Pte Ltd in 2019 as a stock holding facility and a sales office specifically to provide exceptional service to the Company’s existing customers across Asia Pacific and also to be better positioned to support the forecast growth across the region of high tech industry and of the Aerospace Industry in particular.
We supply high and ultra-high purity welding wires and vacuum grade brazing materials mainly into quality-critical and high-tech applications such as aerospace, aviation MRO, medical & scientific, electronic imaging, oil & gas, power generation and emerging technologies. We provide technical support for our customers in many areas of joining technology including vacuum brazing processes, honeycomb brazing, precious metal brazing alloys, brazing of man-made hard materials such as PCD, WC & CBN and the brazing of ceramics using active braze alloys.
Group/VBC Pte Ltd is a supplier of high and ultra-high purity welding wire and vacuum grade brazing alloys and we support our product sales with advice and technical assistance in thermal joining techniques and processes.
VBC Group/ VBC Pte Ltd is a supplier of both welding and brazing products into high tech and quality critical applications. We can also provide technical support and advice for customers involved in both of these highly specialised areas of thermal joining processes including consultancy and training packages tailored to exactly meet the requirements of the customer. Examples would include honeycomb brazing, brazing of man-made hard materials such as PCD, CBN & WC and the brazing of ceramics using active metal brazing filler materials and techniques.
